Our website shows fixed prices for sandwiches, buffets, barbecues, grazing tables, charcuterie boxes and bars, all excluding VAT. The price calculator shows the total straight away, including staff and travel costs. Complete events are tailored; for those you receive a proposal. No. All prices on the website exclude VAT.

You will receive a response to your request within 24 hours. You can reach us by phone Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.

Sandwiches: minimum order of 20. Charcuterie boxes: from 10 people. Buffets, barbecues and grazing tables: from 40 people.

We scale our bar concepts from 50 to thousands of guests, with multiple stations and baristas. For food, we tailor capacity to each request: tell us the number of guests and we’ll put together a suitable proposal.

We bring our bar concepts to events throughout the Netherlands, from our base in Barendrecht. We provide sandwiches, buffets and grazing tables in South Holland, for example in Rotterdam and Barendrecht and the surrounding area. You can also collect in Barendrecht.

For food we deliver, we charge a €17.50 starting fee (beyond 25 km €27.50) plus €0.50 per kilometre, return trip from Barendrecht. If we collect equipment afterwards, as with a buffet, that counts as two trips. For bars and catering with staff, we charge mileage and travel time. Collection in Barendrecht costs nothing extra. Yes, if you would like us to. We set up buffets, grazing tables and breakfasts on site, and a barbecue on site comes with a grill master at the grill. You can also choose delivery only, or collect it yourself in Barendrecht.

For a bar: one free 230V circuit per station and 2 to 3 metres of space for the bar. No water connection is needed. For food, we agree the requirements with you for each request.

Wherever possible, we include vegetarian, vegan, halal and allergy requirements in the proposal. Mention your requirements in your request and we’ll go through them with you dish by dish.

For each buffet, we list the allergens based on the ingredients used. Please always contact us for the complete, up-to-date allergen list.

One free 230V circuit per bar station, preferably close to the bar. Not sure? We’re happy to advise on distribution boards and cabling.

No. We work with fresh and waste water tanks under the bar. A fixed connection is welcome, but not a must.

As a guide: 2 to 3 metres of frontage and enough counter space, with room under the bar for stock and water tanks.

Guide figures per hour: coffee 120 to 150 cups per barista, bubble tea 100 to 140 and matcha 100 to 160 per station. We calculate in advance how many stations and baristas you need for your peak moments.

Yes. Think branded cups and napkins, logo coffee, menu boards and bar styling.

Yes. We work to HACCP guidelines and carry business insurance.

Waiting staff and bar staff can be part of the proposal. Tick it in your request and we’ll match the staffing to your event.

Drinks can be part of the proposal, from soft drinks, beer and wine to a bar. Simply tick the box in your request.
