Grazing table, buffet or charcuterie boxes: what suits your drinks?
For drinks or a reception you have roughly three options: a grazing table, a buffet or charcuterie boxes. They differ in how much your guests eat, how they eat, and for how many people they work.
Grazing table: to graze from together
An abundant table with cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, treats and garnishes, freshly arranged. Guests help themselves, mingle and keep talking: ideal for drinks where people move around.

- As a meal, more generously filled: €32.50 per person
- From 40 people
- Set up and styled on site (€75 plus mileage and travel time), or collected in Barendrecht on platters that you return afterwards
Buffet: when it needs to be a meal
If your guests arrive around mealtime, a buffet is the best choice. We have four buffets: Italian (€36.95 per person) and healthy bar, street food and Mexican (each €35 per person), from 40 people. The dishes and allergens of every buffet are on our site, and warming and serving equipment is included. We deliver, set up and collect everything afterwards (€45 set-up plus two trips), or you collect the buffet in Barendrecht yourself.
Charcuterie boxes: for smaller groups
A box per person with cheese, cured meats and garnishes, for €29.50 per person, from 10 people. Handy if you do not have 40 guests, or if everyone has their own seat, for example at a meeting. We deliver the boxes, or you collect them in Barendrecht.
How to choose
- After-work drinks or a reception with standing guests: grazing table.
- Drinks that run into dinner: the grazing table as a meal, or a buffet.
- Fewer than 40 guests: charcuterie boxes.

Don’t forget the drinks and cocktail tables
For standing drinks we advise cocktail tables with covers (€22.50 each, about one per ten guests), so people can easily put down a glass and a plate. For drinks we set up a beer, soft drinks and wine bar with a bartender, from €195 per bar. Staff who collect glasses and keep the room tidy we advise from one person per 75 guests.
