BBQ catering for 40 guests or more: how to go about it
A barbecue brings people together: everyone outside, the grill on and the smell of fresh meat. We cater barbecues from 40 people, on site with a grill master or as a package to grill yourself.
Regular or luxury
Barbecue, €32.50 per person: hamburger, chicken satay with satay sauce, marinated pork belly, BBQ sausage, two fresh salads, baguette with herb butter and dips, and sauces.
Luxury barbecue, €42.50 per person: everything from the barbecue, plus steak (for example bavette), a lamb chop, a prawn skewer or salmon, special salads and grilled vegetables.
We include vegetarian dishes in every proposal. Let us know in your request how many guests eat vegetarian.
On site with a grill master
On site we bring the grill, set up and break down, and grill for your guests. Our rule of thumb for staffing:
- 1 grill master per 50 guests, €50 per hour
- 1 helper per 40 guests to refill dishes and clear plates, €45 per hour
- a minimum of 4 hours
For set-up and breakdown we charge €95, plus the van’s mileage (€0.79 per km, return trip) and the team’s travel time. We always advise crockery and cutlery, washing-up and a final clean with waste removal. That way the venue is left tidy without you having to think about it.

Grill it yourself: the BBQ package
Would you rather grill yourself? Then collect the BBQ package in Barendrecht. We prepare everything so it is ready for the grill. You only pay the price per person: for 50 guests €1,625 for the regular and €2,125 for the luxury barbecue, without set-up, staff or travel costs.
Make it complete
- Drinks package with soft drinks, beer and wine: €8.50 per person for the first hour, plus €5 per extra hour
- Coffee after the meal: €10 per person, unlimited espresso, cappuccino and tea (from 10 people)
- Party tent sized for your group, from €195 including set-up and breakdown
- Cocktail tables with covers: €22.50 each
